Candlelight Band

Who can I contact regarding playing with the Candlelight (Emmaus or Chrysalis) band? I play guitar and would love to be a part of that team. I've heard there's a few people who are only allowed to do it, and I've also heard that they are needing extra musicians to volunteer. Would love to see how to get involved.
